| 1 : Azadmere, capital of the Kingdom of Azadamere. 80% of this great city is below ground, and over 200,000 Khazad call it home. It is probably the oldest city
on the face of the world. It's vast gates are made of Mithril, and it commands a spactacular view of the entire lake valley. 2 : Zerhun, the southern fortress. It guards the narrow pass from which Lake Arain spills into the outside world. The fortress itself spans the pass completely, and has a garrison of over 500 Khazad. It is the only way to enter Azadamere on the surface. 3 : Sorkin Mountain range, where a dozen or so Khazad cities and villages still thrive, safe from the outside world. 4 : Valley of the Boii, a savage tribe of Atani that is at war with the Caldera Atani tribe to the south. Some trade is stil done with the Boii near Brundishere. 5 : Brundishere, Western most fortress, and guardian of the passes and tunnels to the Sorkin Mtn range. 6 : The parties first encampment after riding hard from Brundishere. 7 : a ford is marked on your map across the Cald river, just above some Cataracts (falls). 8 : The approximate site of Grimbroar. 9 : Noron, an Atani trading village. Population perhaps 200 Atani. It is said the chieftan there holds himself as member of no Atani tribe. It also rumored he is a shapeshifter. While not particularly friendly with our people, it is also said Noron's Lord has a great hatred of the Foulspawn. 10 : The Fur Road, an Atani path leading from the Caldera Tribe, passes through Noron and into the far north. Poor quality and seldom used. 11 : Falshea Mountains, far to the west like a wall runs this ancient mountain range. In the far north the mountain range ends in the ruins of Kiraz, Aradmere's sister city. Within and beyond the Falsheas are the lairs of the accursed Foulspawn.
